Default Sargento Ultra Thin "Cheez-Its"

I don't think that Sargento makes a LF Ultra Thin sliced cheese, but it's sliced so thinly that I think that's close enough. I enjoy these as a crunchy snack, and also crushed up in a taco salad. It's similar to a parmesan cheese crisp, just cheddar and more structured. I get six full slices to a sheet, and they don't ooze all over.

Sargento Ultra Thin "Cheez-Its"

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Carefully pull apart Sargento Ultra Thin sliced Mild or Sharp Cheddar cheese. Cut each square into 4 smaller squares for large crackers, or for more cheez-it sized crackers, cut each of those 4 squares into 4 more, totaling 16.

Place squares on parchment paper (NOT wax) covered baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from parchment paper and place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Let cool completely, then store in a tupperware container or ziplock bag.
