I was starving when I got home tonight, so while making dinner, I fixed myself a "Turko" - 2 thin sl. lean turkey breast, a piece of cheddar (not low-fat, gotta use it up), and alfalfa sprouts. Folded like a taco and snarfed down
Yummy! You could use lettuce too, I just love/had sprouts
