Turkos! :) (Turkey Taco)
I was starving when I got home tonight, so while making dinner, I fixed myself a "Turko" - 2 thin sl. lean turkey breast, a piece of cheddar (not low-fat, gotta use it up), and alfalfa sprouts. Folded like a taco and snarfed down :)
Yummy! You could use lettuce too, I just love/had sprouts |
PS-I'm not on full P1 yet, easing into it due to a fridge full of non-P1 cheese & fruit, hence the full-fat cheese, so no flaming, por favor :)
