Here is the original recipe...
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Here is the "rikki" recipe
lol it was wayyyy too garlicy for me and I thought that much lemon juice(plus I didn't have any) would overpower the red peppers
2 cloves garlic
2 cans garbanzo beans(chic peas)drained and 1/2 of liquid from one can
1/3c tahini
about 1.5tsp lime juice
1/2tsp salt
1/2c roasted red peppers(I used about 1/2 my har of marzetti's)
I left out the basil
SO far it tastes good- It is supposed to be way better in the morning though so we will see!
This is something I have to be very careful with my servings, I can go way overboard!
