Okay, so you make the roasted chickpeas per usual.
After I cooked mine, I mixed in some smart balance margarine (full of healthy oils) and then roasted them.
powdered cayenne pepper (don't go overboard, but make it to your taste... make it fiery! make it mild!)
a bit of mrs dash
Put the roasted chickpeas in a tupperware or rubbermaid, toss in the spices, put on the lid, shake, shake, shake, until it's coated. Taste to determine if you need more of anything.
