Thanks Kathy! It feels SO nice to have company here. Come on Angela...I miss you here. I'm just trying to be good as many meals as I can so that I can splurge at one or two during the holidays without a ton of damage.
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: Farina made with skim and equal
Dinner: YUMO......Spicy Chicken Cacciotorre with lots of onions, tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms and of course chicken over ww rotini; double serving of broccoli.
