Breakfast: Single serving shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: Farina made with skim and equal

Dinner: Chicken Chile with white beans; Core Corncakes made with healthy canola oil

Snack: Hot vanilla with SF caramel syrup
