Default Friday November 10 Menu

Hope you don't mind that I started this thread-

I am trying to play it smarter today. I also picked a few more carb type foods today than I have been to help. I started to workout yesterday so my body probably needs a little more anyhow. Good carbs though...

Here's bfast and lunch: (Used 2.5 pts so far today)
