Default Saturday's Sustenance, November 4, 2006

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, a banana cooked in, 1T Pecans, equal

Lunch: Some kind of eggbeater omelet with veggies in it.

Snack: I WILL have that Core Chocolate Frosty!

Dinner: Core Meat Sauce over ww rotini, double serving of fresh green beans

Dessert: Crustless pumpkin pie

Okay - trying yet again!

Breakfast (rushing like crazy cuz we were late getting out: 1 hb egg, 1 banana, coffee at the hospital

Snack: some of dh's chocolate milk, 1 apple

Lunch: 2 slices rye break, grilled eggplant salad, tossed salad w/olive oil and vinegar dressing

Snack: popcorn, diet coke

Dinner: tbd (altho I do have a hankering for japanese food!)
