Breakfast: Banana, crustless pumpkin pie with FF cool whip
Lunch: LO smothered barley and chicken
Snack: I MUST have the Chocolate Frosty smoothie. I still haven't had it and the chocolate craving is huge! TOM continues to loom. Being perimenopausal STINKS!
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with black olives, red onion and balsamic vinagrette (healthy oil). Butt steak, ww angel hair pasta with smart balance light (points), fresh steamed veggies.
