Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: 2 small slices whole grain multigrain bread toasted with smart balance for points and 2 slices Bordens FF american cheese slices. Comfort food....at least moderately healthy.
Dinner: Smothered Barley Chicken, double serving of fresh green beans.
Snack: Core Chocolate Frosty or crustless pumpkin pie with FF cool whip and a small glass of milk
