Happy November!
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal Lunch: 2 small slices whole grain multigrain bread toasted with smart balance for points and 2 slices Bordens FF american cheese slices. Comfort food....at least moderately healthy. Dinner: Smothered Barley Chicken, double serving of fresh green beans. Snack: Core Chocolate Frosty or crustless pumpkin pie with FF cool whip and a small glass of milk Obviously, I'll be editing later! |
#1: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
#2: tuna with salsa #3: LO roasted potatoes and onions with FF cheese, FF sour cream #4: sliced strawberries and FF Cool Whip (1 pt) #5: Shrimp and broccoli stirfry, maybe brown rice |
