L: probably won't be hungry b.c I didn't eat bkfst until 10:30 and it was a very filling meal

My exciting recipe: Broiled polenta with mushroom topping (I got it from www.allrecipes.com). Looks to be all Core ingredients. 282 cals/14.6 g. fat, 4.4 g. fiber if someone wants to use it for points.
