Sunday Menu, October 29, 2006
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: 2 tiny pieces of whole grain multi-grain bread with 2 T Smart Balance chunky natural peanut butter and 2 T Polaner All Fruit. I'm having a small crisis and this is literally the best I can be.
Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, oven fries with healthy oil, double serving of fresh green beans with smart balance light for points
Core Chocolate Frosty when I need it.
