On the way to work ... Diet A&W root beer

b: scrambled eggs
s: BabyBel light cheese and 8 Wheat Thins (pts)
l: LO 15-bean soup
d: broiled tilapia, roasted potatoes and onions, salad with FF dressing, milk
s: SF jello, 94%FF popcorn (if needed)

Lots and lots of water, and a cup of green tea somewhere in there

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, banana cooked in, and 1T chopped pecans, equal

Lunch: Lentil soup

Snack: Kiwi

Dinner: Not sure yet.

L: zero point soup and some kind of protein

D: lean ground beef with some kind of Mexican spices and black beans on salad.

S: apples
