Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: FF cottage cheese and mixed fruit
Dinner: Core Pasta salad, can of bumble bee albacore tuna packed in water, 2 hard boiled eggs
Dessert: WW Chocolate Eclair cake (points)
At least 8 eight oz glasses of water; 24 ozs of decaf black coffee, 12 oz of decaf diet pepsi
