Default Starting Core

I've been doing ww's since May but have lost my motivation for flex can't seem to stick to tracking so I'm going to start core. Were having christas dinner tommorow so I'm going to start Core on Monday. I went shopping though and I spent more than I usually do so that scares me a bit. My hubby will be doing it with me also. I'm excited I want to get control of my hunger issues so hopefully this will help.

Default Core ?

I've been doing flex for awhile and I've decided to switch to Core which I think will enable me to stick to healthier choices and more whole foods. I've looked in the book and online and I don't understand why is turkey sausage not a core food? Ground turkey is a core food, correct?

Am moving to Core. I have struggled with Weight Watchers off and on for two years - always doing flex. My attitude was always "who can live on the junk allowed on core?" I think about that now and it makes me laugh, because truly...who can live on the junk you can have on flex...and lose weight? Hee. Hee.

Anyway, I think I have a good attitude about it and I believe that this time it's going to work.

Tina, I'm on Core because I made bad choices on Flex. I can live on Core foods for the rest of my life and that is exactly what I intend to do. I've been messing up a lot lately but when I was on hard Core for the first year I lost 45 pounds. I've backslide and need to get back to that level but I've renewed my commitment to myself...not to the program which should make me successful this time.

Come hang out on us on the Core Chat thread. It's where we post our daily struggles.

Good Luck!
