Default any compulsive overeaters on core?

I've never done Core, but I'm familiar with how it works and I don't think it would work for compulsive overeaters, just based on the nature of how Core works. You have to be able to step away from the table at the right time, without eating until you are full or overeating. It might be too hard to control the temptation to overeat if you don't have set guidelines on when to stop. However, if you like the idea of the types of foods consumed on Core, you pick those when making your menu based on points. Have you tried doing that before?

I am a COE who has tried Core numerous times. It did not work for me.

hi suz!

its funny bc i do quite well on core when i stick to it- the thing that triggers my binging is sometimes feeling deprived or just being bored w the food. oh well was just curious...
