Arrow Tangy Thursday Menu - Oct 5

Planning ahead:

Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage cheese w/tropical fruit, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO roast chicken, 1/4 baked acorn squash, broccoli
fruit salad

Snack: banana

Dinner: tbd - maybe whole wheat pasta w/veggies & sauce???
