Wicked Wednesday Menu - Oct 4
Guess I'll start!
Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese w/tropical fruit, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO froufie roast beef, roast potatoes, mixed veggies
Snack: baby carrots w/dip
Pre-gym snack: 1 banana, skim milk
Dinner: roast chicken, baked acorn squash, green beans
Meeting tonight: tea and hopefully there will be some fresh fruit?
