Default another wickedly wonderful wednesday menu thread for sept 27

b--banana 2 pts
l--roasted chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas, 1 polenta cake, roasted onion 10 pts (i guess. it may not be that much.)

Breakfast: Eggbeater omelet with turkey sausage (points), avocado, and salsa, whole wheat toast with smart balance (points)

Lunch: Small bowl of shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Dinner: So NOT Core and now I'm sure I'm out of points until next Monday. Liver and Onions and well done bacon, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes

Nothing else. I'm done now.
