Monday Menu, October 2, 2006
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and double serving of peaches cooked in
Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread toasted with smart balance and 2 pieces FF Borden's american cheese (points for whole thing. It was the best I could be)
Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie (milk and one serving cherries)
Dinner: Steak on the grill, sweat potato, double serving of green beans, homemade applesauce
