Default Fabulous Friday Menu 9/8/6
BF - 2 boiled eggs, banana
lunch - left over meatloaf and potatoe, small salad
snack - pumpkin snack bread
Dinner - grilled chicken, ww noodles and sauce (pts), veggie.
snack if needed - pudding or popcorn.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: LO Core Corncakes

Snack: Cantaloupe

Dinner: Something Core preceded by a beautiful Mixed Field Green salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy oil)
