BF - pumpkin snack bread
snack - 3 slices lean deli roast beef
lunch - salad with oil and vinegar, avacado and crab on top
snack - apple or pudding
dinner - core meatloaf, baked potato, veggie
Ended up having a 'light' dinner - lf cottage cheese/sour cream mixed w/chopped veggies - the best was the FRESH PEPPERS from my garden! They were so good - very fresh, crunchy and tasted like peppers! (I made extra for my lunch tomorrow!)
