Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: FF cottage cheese and double serving of pineapple

Dinner: Roast Chicken in the showtime rotisserie; Core mashed potatoes, corn

Snack: Chocolate Frosty

b: a buckwheat pancake w/ff margarine and no sugar fruit spread, skim milk
l: light hot dog, baked Lays chips, Crystal Light (trying to make a bbq healthy! )
s: banana
d: stew beef and noodle soup, corn, milk

Not Core Menu but feel like contributing:

B: 2 omega 3 enriched scrambled eggs on double fiber wheat toast topped
with 1/4 cup shredded 2% cheese and petite diced tomatoes (eggs have minced garlic, bell pepper, onion, basil, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt)

S: Plum

L: ? (Probably stir fry veggies OR tuna/10 wheat crackers)

S: ?

D: Homemade Nachos: 1 Serving (approx 10 huge chips) of lay's light tortilla chips, 1/2 cup 93% lean ground taco beef, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (or less), 2 tbsp of light sour cream, jaleopeno peppers diced, petite diced tomatoes, diced 1-2 servings of black olives.
