Dinner: Chipotle burrito bol (chicken, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, pinto beans, cheese for 3 points, guacamole) brown rice made in chicken broth
Snack: 2 Natural Ovens chocolate raspberry cookies (6 points) and a glass of skim
