Default Friday's Feast, August 25, 2005

Wow! Is no one interested in doing menus anymore?

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches (2 serving portion) and equal

Lunch: LO smothered barley chicken (included healthy oil)

Snack: Core Cherry Garcia smoothie

Dinner: Core Chicken Strogonoff, fresh green beans (2 serving portion)


Used 18 WPA's this week - 19 remaining

Earned 10 AP's this week

Keep it up, Vickie! People might not post, but there are plenty of people viewing. Maybe you're giving them lots of good ideas for Core foods!

I'm not posting because I'm way off plan!!

Today I had:
b: pineapple
l: tuna sandwich (2 pts); cheese puffs (who knows how many points); and an oatmeal creme pie (4 pts)

i've not been online much early in the day lately or so it seems.

b--banana
l--chicken, green beans, ranch
d--baked potato/sc/chives/1 pt brownie (also known as killer brownie)
s--possibly popcorn or grapes. i'm not sure yet.
