Default Thursday's Tummy Tempting Menu, August 24, 2006

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, peaches and 24 ounces of black decaf coffee

32 ounces of water

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet, FF Bordens sharp cheddar slice, ketchup

Snack: 1/2 of SBD peanut butter chocolate bar (2 points)

32 ounces of water

Dinner: Pork Chop, sweet potato, 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower, smart balance light (3 points), black decaf coffee

Snack: 1 large piece multigrain bread and LF cream cheese (4 points)

Used 18 WPA's this week - 19 remaining

Earned 10 AP's this week

not core

b--cracker barrel--2 biscuits (minus a couple of bites) and gravy (5 pts for ea biscuit and i'm guessing another 5 for the gravy)
s--2 killer brownies (2 pts)
d--fat free pizza/onion/bell pepper/tomato/lean burger (6 pts)
