Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches, equal
Lunch: Sirloin burger, dry bun (3 points) FF Bordens Cheddar cheese slice, raw onion, pickle, ketchup, and fresh fruit
Snack: Some grapes
Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bol (chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, cheese for 3 points, guacamole); brown rice made with chicken broth
Dessert: I'm probably not that hungry but I'm obsessed since this is my first day back on. Chocolate Frosty Smoothie
