Breakfast (10:30) - egg salad sandwich (ww bread, hb eggs, lf mayo), earl grey tea w/splenda and milk
Lunch (2 pm) - LO roast chicken breast, tossed salad (olive oil/vinegar dressing), corn on the cob w/spray becel
Dinner: probably smoked salmon, lf cream cheese, veggies!, diet cola
Popcorn if there is a good movie on!
