Friday's Feast for July 28, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: ?

    Dinner: Out with friends
  • I'm going to try and pre-post, then will probably edit tomorrow night.

    Breakfast: banana, skim milk, grapes

    Lunch: Red Lobster hopefully and if so, grilled shrimp skewer and a salad

    Dinner: probably nothing except water

    And lots of water all day. Hopefully I won't have to make Judd stop every 100 miles or so.

    d--core chicken salad on 1 slice bread with lettuce/tomato
  • Kathy - maybe a pair of 'depends' might help for the ride??? Have a safe trip and enjoy the drive home!

    Lunch: LO whole wheat crust veggie pizza

    Snack: cut up veggies and hummus dip

    Pre-gym snack: cottage cheese/fruit cup
