Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and banana

Lunch: ?

Dinner: Roast chicken, Core mashed potatoes, corn on the cob

Oh my, yesterday was pretty bad... And today is my dd's 3rd birthday, but I shall be strong.

b: shredded wheat & bran, Splenda, milk
s: watermelon
l: LO core spaghetti, garden salad, milk
s: strawberry banana smoothie
d: scrambled eggs & lite kielbasa (pts), orange slices, milk

s: maybe a tiny sliver of birthday cake...

So far:

Brunch: cottage cheese salad: lf cottage with chopped up shallot, tomato, cucumber, salt/pepper, 2 slices rye toast, decaf w/light cream

Lunch/snack: egg/tuna salad w/lf mayo, 2 slices rye toast, sliced tomato and cucumber, LO popcorn

Water while shopping


Dinner: tbd
editing - 7:30 pm - not hungry yet so I am not planning to eat until I feel like it!

l--lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomato, ranch, 4 fried shrimp, steamed veggies
s--flathead cherries
d--1 slice bread, 1 slice turkey, 1/2 slice cheese, mayo, lettuce/tomato
s--ranier cherries

we went to a farmer's market today and bought fresh cherries that had been picked yesterday.
