Crazy eating day for me!
Breakfast: small bowl of raisin bran, lf milk
Gym: 500 ml dasani lemon water
Lunch??: 1/3 c LO tuna salad I found in the fridge, 1 cheese string in car while driving to hair appt.
Hairdresser: cappuccino w/splenda
Lunch #2: LO kasha (buckwheat) and bowties
Movie: dasani lemon water, popcorn
Dinner: 1 cup whole wheat rotini pasta, lean ground chicken meatballs in a tomato sauce, parmesan
Snack: 1 cup blueberries (realized I have had NO FRUIT today).
Now I have just been 'delivered" a small glass of milk and 2 homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies made by dd and ds
