Here's my plan for the day. Not all Core but very healthy and filling ...
Breakfast: cheerios and skim milk
Snack: natural applesauce
Lunch: 1/2 sandwich with sugar-free whole wheat bread and 1 T. natural peanut butter
Snack: 50% reduced fat cheese
Snack: Terra chips
