Breakfast: cheerios and skim milk
Snack: 8 pita chips and light Laughing Cow cheese wedge (made the pita chips out of whole wheat pitas that I cut into triangles and baked)
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat sugar-free bread, natural peanut butter
Snack: 50% RF cheese, FF yogurt
Dinner: EITHER LO turkey burger with guacamole OR shrimp and broccoli stiryfry. Depends on what time I get home from work and when I finish afternoon chores.
