  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and a banana

    l: hc pizza (5 pts) and salad; sf jello
    d: chicken breast, rice, corn
  • Breakfast: 1/2 cranberry/blueberry bran muffin (to help get things going if you know what I mean!), decaf w/cream

    Lunch: LO rotisserie chicken, frozen corn
    pear yogurt

    Snack: Carrots w/dip and/or 1 banana

    Dinner: asked dh to pick up some fresh fish? broiled w/steamed asparagus and have a craving for couscous!
