Ya - so it's not core - but I like to 'see' and keep track of what I'm inhaling.
Brunch: 2 eggs scrambled w/milk, toasted bagel w/margarine, sliced tomato
earl grey tea w/milk and splenda
Out: light caramel frappucino (made w/sucralose) at the Starbucks when I picked up my decaf coffee for work!
5 pm - I am now starving and should probably eat something before we go out for dinner? (japanese grill place)
Dinner probably: small bowl broth/tofu soup, green salad w/ginger dressing, grilled shrimp, stir fried veggies, white rice..... - that should be enuf right?
Now what shall I hunt down for my snack? hmmmmmmm
