WW online or meetings?
I have been trying WW online for about 4 months. I lose and then gain it back. I am starting to think that I need to go to meetings instead for that pressure of the weigh in. However, I do like the online journaling, it makes it easy. I do not think that I want to pay for both the meetings and the online tools. I just wondered if anyone else has had this same confusion. I saw an old WW buddy at the store the other day and she said that there is a new man leader at the meetings and that he is pretty good. The meetings were boring for me before. :?:
