Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups shredded wheat and bran, 8 ounces skim, banana, equal (7 points)
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast sandwhich with homemade salsa and slice of FF cheese
Dinner: Going out with Niece and family to pizza place. I'll be having a large chicken salad with Core stuff and trying not to eat any pizza.
