I'm still weighing/measuring/counting points to check on my portions.
Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups Shredded Wheat and Bran, 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, equal, and 12 ounces skim (7 points)
Lunch: Large Southwestern eggbeater omelet with one slice of FF Bordens sharp cheddar (3 points)
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with black olives, tomato, red onion and balsamic vinagrette made with olive oil; grilled chicken and mushrooms with marinara over ww angel hair pasta; fresh green beans (ICBINB light); one small piece of garlic bread (25 points 5 of which are non-Core)
Dessert: Orange Dreamsicle (2 points but only 1 point is non-Core
Grand Total 34 but I charged 6 non-Core points
