L: El Pollo Loco chicken (no skin- 1 breast), steam veggies, pinto beans
D: Left over core lasagna made with soy cheese (yes, the soy cheese ended up being good in the lasagna), jicima, cantaloupe
Dessert: no certain if I will have it but I plan on SF Jello
