    Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit cup peaches

    Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Oven wedges with olive oil rubbed on, fresh broccoli

    Snack: 2 WW Mint patties
