Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte fruit natural cup peaches, drained
Snack: 1/2 cup of Orange Dreamsicle (.5 point)
Dinner: Core Meat Sauce over ww rotini noodles, large serving of fresh green beans with ICBINB light (2 points)
Snack: Popcorn with ICBINB (4 points)
