Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal, and fresh blueberries
Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea with ham soup
Dinner: Roast Chicken made in my Showtime Rotisserie, Core Mashed Potatoes, and corn
Dessert: 2 Natural Ovens Fiber cookies and glass of skim
Cup of hot tea with skim and splenda
