Your salad sounds AMAZING!

Breakfast (brunch?) 12 noon: 2 bowls hot cornmeal cereal w/some butter and light cream, earl grey tea w/splenda and milk

snack: fruit salad

At sil's? Bringing some baby carrots and dip - also have a bag of baked potato chips I might bring along as well - don't want to end up eating too much junk food there.

Dinner: grilled chicken breast marinated in atkins bbq sauce, potatoes, broccoli (or other veggie)

...and some diet pepsi of course!

Byonka, welcome to the Core board. I did move your post from the weigh-in thread into this one so everybody would see it. This is where we post our menus each day, so feel free to join in and post yours!

We also hang out on a chat board and I think the current one is #43. Come over there and visit us so we can get to know you!

I didn't get my salad. Neither of us felt like going out. I'll have it next week. Bummer.
