Hi, so far so good. I really feel like I am not dieting on this program.
B. 2 fried eggs & tomatoes, I used pam instead of oil
S. sf ff pudding & cantalope
l. 2 small round sandwich steaks w/broccoli
S. Popcorn & Banana
D. Barbequed wings (no sauce), salad w/ ff italian dressing w/ olive oil & corn
S. 2 weight watchers snack cakes 2pts
