Those are some really good tips! When I drive to work, I squeeze a different part of my body during each song on the radio. I get in some exercise and also pass the time. And I'm sure it's entertaining for my fellow commuters who happen to catch a glimpse of me sitting in traffic. I probably have a very concentrated look on my face!
