It's stupendously stunning and so smart! I love it! (I'll have to edit later though.)

Breakfast: coke (3) and ice cream (4)
Lunch: light string cheese and applesauce (2)
Dinner: grilled salmon and vegetables

Kathy, you are such an inspiration. If I was getting out to eat after having hardly nothing for weeks, I'd not be planning ahead. I'd eat whatever the heck I wanted. Good for you.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal, and a banana

Lunch: Dr. Praegger's California veggie burger with FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Naturals fruit peach cup

Dinner: I hope Roast Chicken in my Showtime Rottisserie, Core mashed potatoes, and corn

kathy, mama sandra says you need to eat more. don't get weak. that will probably cause you to be depressed.

vickie, your menu sounds good. i had one of those rottisseries a few years ago. i had a heck of a time getting my chicken done. i am impressed that you can cook with yours. you're amazing.

frouf, dust yourself off. you've lost 15 lbs already. don't let those other folks keep you from weighing what you want. (am i on a soapbox or what? i'd prob be doing some emotional eating now, too, if i had to deal with your load.)

okay, here's mine. (and i'm trying to get in more of the guidelines.

b--diet toast/spreadable fruit
l--roasted chicken, cornbread dressing, sugar snap peas
s--sf/ff vanilla pudding (2 servings), 8 vanilla wafers, 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, and 2 tablespoons cw
s--watermelon
d--2 flour tortilla, ff/rf beans, cheese, teaspoon butter
s--chocolate covered almonds (3 pts worth)

total pts today--28 pts
