patti, are you feeling smaller in your clothes? your body may be doing some adjusting. i've had that happen before. stay true to ww and the scales will come down.

Vickie, that's a great idea. I did have one for awhile, then April got so crazy between the house and me being sick, so I just trashed it. I think I'll do one again for May though. Thanks for the encouragement.

patti, your body is adjusting. the weightloss is on its way. hang in there.

vickie and melissa, an exercise tracker is a good idea. i'll be watching for yours. i don't think i'm up to it for one now. i will try to do more on the exercise bike.

Great Job Sandra AND Patti!

I walked 80 minutes total and have 8 or 9 glasses of water each day.

I don't know if I'll meet my weight loss goal but I'm still trying. I just re-reviewed my goals. I need to focus even more on fruits and veggies, though I'm doing pretty good. I also need to cut out soda.
And even though my walking tracker isn't moving, I think I probably walked more than that while we were moving! But I'm still going to try to keep track of it. Now that we have a yard and don't have to walk the dog every morning and night it's more difficult!

I'm one third of the way to my exercise goal. I'm also keeping up with my water. I still need to track better.

I'm right on target with my exercise goal. Tomorrow is nearly half way through the month and I've already exercised for more than half of my goal. I'm drinking all the water and following all the guidelines except for the tracking on paper. I'm starting that tomorrow after weigh in. I must get a better grip on my WPA's and AP's.
