    Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger and FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Mexican Brown rice and beans and broiled garlic chicken thighs

    Snack: Probably some sort of smoothie or a Natural Ovens muffin (points) and a cup of tea with skim and equal
